As mentioned in my earlier post, today's article is my DREAM morning routine. I've been trying to follow this for a long time now, but I really couldn't keep up with it. Well, am very sure that some day I will make this routine work since I have no future plans of GIVING UP on anything! So here we go:
MY PRODUCTIVE MORNING ROUTINE:
6:00-6:10am- Breathing Exercise(Pranayama)
6:10-6:20am- Write your Morning pages
6:20-6:30am- Make a to-do list for the day ahead
MY PRODUCTIVE MORNING ROUTINE:
5:00-5:15am- Wake up,brush teeth, wash face & hydrate body
5:15-5:45am- Yoga + Exercise
5:45-6:00am- Meditate6:00-6:10am- Breathing Exercise(Pranayama)
6:10-6:20am- Write your Morning pages
6:20-6:30am- Make a to-do list for the day ahead
6:30-7:00am- Write a blog/Read a novel/new vocabulary words
7:00-7:15am- Make a healthy smoothie+eat nuts(badam,cashew)
7:15-7:35am- Shower and get ready+ Organise books to study
7:35-8:00am- Watch TED talks/ inspiring videos for study mode
8:00-9:30am- Study as prioritised in schedule
9:30-10:00am- Have a healthy breakfast!
So this is an ideal morning routine that I would like to follow during my summer break. And during school days, I would have a slightly different version of this routine.
