WHAT IS A ROUTINE?
A routine is a usual and scheduled series of things that you do at a particular time. It is the practice of doing certain things in a specific order EVERYDAY.
WHY DO YOU NEED A MORNING ROUTINE??
A morning routine mainly helps you get over with PROCRASTINATION. If you want to stop postponing your duties and want to have a fresh start in your life, then beginning a new ROUTINE is definitely the one you should go ahead with.By setting a new routine for yourself, you can become a more positive, motivated and a healthier person who is getting ready for success each day. A healthy and productive morning routine can help you in many ways, I've listed a few here:
- Physical benefits- Helps you maintain a good physique.It helps promote a balanced development of your body.It also mentally imposes a positive attitude towards life.
- Mental happiness- You are mentally stress-free and calm. Increases your capability of thinking and listening. In this way, you gain the power to take correct decisions and also helps in good memory retention.
- Quality Time with your soul- Get extra time to do things that you've always dreamt of but didn't find the time for it. You can spend this time in your hobbies or other activities that you always enjoyed doing.It could be just making a coffee for yourself,reading your favourite books or even watching your favourite series on Netflix.
- Better Productivity and Focus- Earn 100% better results for your hardwork. Your hardwork shouldn't go waste, so turn it into smart work by working on it efficiently.Focus on one thing at a time rather than multi-tasking.Instead of working on a lot of things and bringing down the quality of all, work on one & make sure that its perfect.
- Reaching your GOALS- Ultimately you reach your goals! Be patient and one day with the help of all the work put behind your goals, you will definitely SUCCEED! And that moment will be the moment of achievement.
Having a productive morning routine has been one of my major goals recently. In my next article I will be posting my dream morning routine and I am working on it to make sure that I follow it. You can create your own routine since you are the best master of your life! Mine would just be an example of how I want the activities in my life to look like.
